Starača pond
The “Starača” pond is is a swamp-pond, located 12 km northwest of Petrovo, in the village Karanovac. It consists of three ponds which, during heavy rains, become a single body of water. The pond is rich in various fish species.
The boundaries of the fishing areas are clearly marked, as well as the places where fishing is prohibited.
