Jezero
Jezero has a long history. It is assumed that, even during the Illyrians, there was a village in this area and, according to the tradition, a canal was dug by order of the Illyrian Queen Teuta so that the Illyrian fortress was located in Ada, where most of the settlement is located today as well.
Roads passed across Jezero during the Roman period and, according to historical data, in the Middle Ages as well. There was a fortress in Ada, which was conquered by the Ottomans during their campaign to Bosnia. Today small the population of Jezero maintains the tradition of building boats, the so-called lake ships, cutting them from a single tree trunk
